Delete your SZ Tools CNC account
SZ Tools CNC (Android) · Published by SZ Tools LLC · Last updated July 26, 2026
Your subscription is separate from your account. Deleting your account does not cancel your Google Play subscription — Google keeps billing you until you cancel it yourself. Open the Play Store app → your profile picture → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → SZ Tools CNC → Cancel.
You can do the two in either order. Cancelling does not delete your account either, and you keep access until the period you have already paid for runs out.
Delete from inside the app (immediate)
- Open SZ Tools CNC and sign in.
- Tap the trash icon next to your email in the top bar.
- Confirm. Your account and all synced data are permanently deleted right away.
Or request deletion by email
Email support@sztoolscom.com from the address you registered with, with the subject "Delete my SZ Tools account". We complete emailed requests within 30 days, and will confirm by reply when it's done. You do not need to have the app installed to make this request.
What gets deleted
- Your login credentials — email address and password, or your linked Google sign-in along with the name and profile picture link Google supplied
- All cloud-synced data: tool libraries, jaw/fixture library, materials table
What is kept, and for how long
- Encrypted backups. Our database is backed up automatically. Deleted records may remain in those backups for up to 30 days before the backups are overwritten. Backups are encrypted and are never used to restore an individual deleted account.
- Purchase records. Your transaction history is held by Google Play, not by us, and is subject to Google's own retention rules and to tax record-keeping requirements. We cannot delete it on your behalf.
- Nothing else is retained.
What is not affected
Saved CNC programs live only on your device and are never uploaded — deleting
your account does not touch them. Uninstalling the app removes them from the phone.
Any .nc files you exported to a USB stick or elsewhere stay where you put them.
Deletion is permanent
There is no undo and no recovery period. Once deleted, your libraries cannot be restored, and signing up again with the same email creates a new, empty account. If you want to keep your libraries, export them before you delete.
